2. My valuables name and profile data keep disappearing
If your Instrument’s name & profile data keep disappearing, the likely cause is one of two things:
- You do not have internet access which is causing problems syncing the data.
- You accidentally completely closed the App before the data could be saved.
Wait until you have internet access and then update your profile data to the desired values. Then wait at least 30 seconds before completely closing the App, or just let it run in the background.
